FROM THE AEGEAN BLUE ZONE · MEDITERRANEAN LONGEVITY
KEANAISSANCE
The Programme · Athens and Kea · 1–5 November 2026
Five days on an island of 2,400 people, opening in Athens. Design the future of Longevity at N = 1, then take it across a sea of 560 million that is waiting to be organised and priced — and into China through the BIO CITIES route.
DATES
1-5 Nov. '26
Sunday to Thursday
LOCATION
Athens, then Kea
Cyclades, Greece
WHO
Four constituencies
Clinics, entrepreneurs, capital, developers
N = 1 → N²
One builder is N = 1. Put the builders together and what each one holds compounds as the square. Five days, one island, and every part of the Longevity ecosystem in the same place at the same time — the science, the capital, the clinics, the food and the companies.
I.
An island small enough to change
The place is the argument.
Kea has 2,400 residents through the winter, and that is the whole point. A place of that size is a working model rather than a venue, small enough that a way of living can be designed, built and tested end to end, and then carried outward. It is 18 minutes from Athens International Airport, and it sits in the Aegean Blue Zone.

II.
A sea of 560 million
Mare Nostrum.
Ernst & Young identify the Mediterranean as the second largest trading zone in the world after the United States — 560 million people across 28 countries — and it is organised as a single market in nothing: not in capital, not in Longevity, not in travel, not in telecoms. It is a fragmented market, and materially mispriced. That is the opportunity.
It is also where Longevity is native rather than imported. The food, the climate and the way people live are the subject matter of the industry, and they are already here. We have adopted it, affectionately, as Mare Nostrum.
III.
BIO CITIES — the way into China
And the other direction.
My business partner and co-host Elie Haddad has spent fifteen years building the largest biopharma and biomedical platform into China. He committed to China and to Longevity when almost no one else in this industry had, and that judgment has been vindicated. For a company with China on its roadmap, this is the route in, and it is a specific one: companies are matched to one of three BIO CITIES locations according to what they are building.
Qingdao — marine biotechnology, food technology and medical technology.
Hangzhou — AI-driven biotechnology and bio-manufacturing.
The Hainan Longevity Centre — commercial longevity companies.
Laboratories, universities, talent and local incentives at each. Those three provinces alone hold 177 million people, inside a national market of 1.4 billion. KEANAISSANCE is co-hosted with Elie Haddad, Co- Managing Partner of ALEPH ECO², the leading Private Markets Multi-
Manager in Longevity in the world today, with USD 1.2 billion under management.

VI.
If food is the medicine, this is the dispensary
The Food Fair, in the Town Hall at Ioulida.
128 producers across ten categories — Greek food, agriculture and biotechnology — meeting the buyers, the distributors and the clinics in two days, in one place. The gut and the microbiome taken as seriously by the producers as by the clinicians.
THE HIPPOCRATES PRIZE
The Prize is awarded at the Fair. The winner carries into the KEANAISSANCE marketing brochure, takes featured placement on KEA Rising, and continues to be introduced through the year.
VII.
Blue Longevity and the Kea Valley Longevity Lab
Announced on the island, in front of the people who will use it.
Blue Longevity is being built on Kea with the Kea Valley Private Members Club — a Longevity Lab and Clinic on the island, with the Club members as its first cohort. Ilian Grigorov, Founder and Chairman of Blue Longevity Holdings AD, gives the opening keynote.
This is what N = 1 means in practice. A population of 2,400, a diet unbroken for 2,500 years, and a community of builders working out how people live — the homes, the food, the health, the work and the company one keeps, taken as one thing rather than as separate purchases. Kea Valley is where that is worked out; the Lab is where it is measured.
VIII.
Who KEANAISSANCE convenes
Four groups, and the value is in the pairings they make with one another.
Clinics & Hospitals
Entrepreneurs
Investors
Property Developers
IX.
What Follows the Week
The Fair is the introduction. KEA Rising is the follow-through.
Merchant Showcase — Kea's producers and makers presented to a global community that buys with intention.
Test Pilot Zone — the Mediterranean sandbox, where a product, a concept or a company is launched with the island as the first market.
The Greek Golden Visa — European residency through investment on the island, handled by specialist partner firms.
Behind all of it: the Kea Valley Private Members Club at 2,500 members, and FTE® Capital Markets with its 325,000 opt-in members — the channel through which everything that happens on Kea is carried to the market.

XII.
Villa Carpe Diem
The original, above the private bay of Melisaki.
Carpe Diem is not merely a villa — it is a philosophy made stone and sea. Set above the private bay of Melisaki, it was the first home born from the Kea Valley vision. Stone terraces. An infinity pool that dissolves into the Aegean. Sunsets that turn the water molten. It is where the Summit opens and where it closes.
XIII.
The Kea Valley Private Members Club
Invitation only. “Live a Life That You Don't Want to Take a Holiday From”.
A community whose members have their own yachts and private jets, and want more: a private villa with a full sunset view, a private hangar nearby, a marina that is theirs, and an island that is, as yet, undiscovered by the world. 2,500 members, and the demand side of everything the platform builds — the clinic, the Lab, the Marketplace and the Summits.

XIV.
The Kea Valley Marketplace
The island, bought and sold in Kea Euros.
The Marketplace is how a member reaches the island: accommodation, experiences, dining, longevity and transport, each from a verified partner, with the voucher delivered to the member’s account on purchase. It is paid for in Kea Euros (Kea€), the currency of the Club, taken with membership and spent across the Marketplace.
The other side of it is the island itself. The villa owners, the tavernas, the boat operators, the clinics and the producers of Kea come onto the Marketplace, and the members and the community are the demand that meets them. Guests and delegates are directed to it for what they arrange on the island, which makes a week on Kea a trading week for the island as well.
Accommodation — The villas and the houses of the island.
Experiences — Boats, bikes, the sea and the hills.
Dining — The tavernas at Vourkari and the kitchens above the bays.
Longevity — The programmes, the clinic and the Lab.
Transport — The crossing, the sea plane and the island itself.
XV.
Getting There
Thirty minutes from Athens, and the island begins at the harbour.
The crossing is made from Lavrio port to Korissia, the harbour on Kea — the ferry runs through the day, and the sea plane runs on reservation. By helicopter from Lavrio it is thirteen minutes. From Korissia, Vourkari and its tavernas are the first village along the coast road, Ioulida and the Town Hall sit up the hill behind it, and Villa Carpe Diem stands above Melisaki Bay on the Sunset Side.
Hippocrates may not have said it.
But he would have meant it.
And he would, almost certainly, have come.
